Dr. Wayne Young
General Dentist
Dr. Wayne Young graduated with Distinction from the University of Alberta, earning both a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, along with the James McCutcheon and Silver Medal awards for outstanding academic and clinical achievements. He helped open Monterey Dental Centre in 1993 and has been proudly serving the community since. He is a surgical instructor for The Institute for Dental Excellence and a director with the Alberta Health Care Steering Committee, where he makes health recommendations to government agencies to better serve the Alberta public. When he's not practicing dentistry or educating, Dr. Young enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and travelling the world.
